Yesterday me and a few friends initially planned to
go swimming. But I was dead tired after work, so I
had to cancel it. I barely had any energy left to move,
so it was not a good idea to swim in such a state.
During the weekend I bought the DVD of the movie
"Confessions Of A Shopaholic". I watched the DVD last night.
I was a fan of the Shopaholic serie by Sophie Kinsella,
so when the movie came out I had to see it.
The movie differs a lot from the book, but I did liked it.
Especially the colorful fashion was nice to see.
Of course the wardrobe was done by Patricia Field, who else?
Anyway there is this promotion, when you buy the DVD,
you can get a voucher. With that voucher you can get the
green scarf for free (the fictional Dennie & George scarf).

But you have to buy an item in the Vero Moda first.
So I got the DVD and bought a nice teal colored sweater.
The scarf is not exactly like the one from the movie,
but close, I am satisfied with it.
Now I actually have 2 green scarfs. When I was in Barcelona
this february I bought a green scarf as well. But that one
is a lighter green.  This one looks more like the one from
the movie. But since it's not so cold, I think I won't be using
the scarf often during the summer.
Oh by the way, you can also buy the scarf at Vero Moda directly,
then you don't need to buy the DVD and purchase an item.
But I already bought the DVD and had the voucher with me.

Friday I did went to the concert of Nouvelle Vague!
I really enjoyed my time! I arrived there very early
so I could basically stand wherever I wanted.
I decided to stand on the balcony, because the view
was really good. I took a few pics!

which was really amazing.
I loved the song "Love Will Tear Us Apart",
it was awesome, everyone sang along to the song.
I am really happy that I went to the concert,
it would be a shame to miss out!
Yesterday I went to Kijkduin to tan for a bit,
after that I went to a birthday party of a friends
son, he just turned 1. Wow I was amazed at the
amount of kids which were at the party!  It seemed
like everyone had kids, ok except for a few who
weren't married yet, including myself.
In the evening I made diner, which was nice.
After that me and my bf went to Scheveningen.
We took a silly pic on the beach of our shadows.

We went to HC and there was this guy who was
promoting Jillz and took a free picture of us.
I quite like this picture.

I have changed my layout for a little bit.
This time I used Mika Nakashima for my layout.
I love that photo and have set it as my wallpaper hehe.
I also added a twitter widget on the right of my page.
Suddenly the banner is moved to the right side of the page
as well.  I don't know why exactly, but I can't seem to
change it back. Oh well! It's not a big deal.
This week the weather is so nice, tomorrow and friday
it's gonna be 27C!  Luckily in the office it's cool.
This coming friday one of my favorite band is going
to give a concert in Melkweg, Amsterdam.

The issue is that I still haven't found a friend yet
who wants to go to the concert as well.
I will hear from my friends today if they are going
with me or not. I don't like going to concerts on my own.
Right now there is one month left untill I have to
leave my current job. I have not found a new job yet.
Hopefully I will be able to find a new job soon!
Last week I recieved a postcard of Swarovski saying
that they were having a sale. I could get an extra 15% off
of the discounted items. So I went to the store on monday.
There was one item which I really want.
Actually I wanted it since it came out, but the orginal price
is too much (€150! ). So during the sale it was 50% off.
Plus I had extra 15% discount on top of it, so I decided to buy it.

Isn't it pretty?  You know I am a big fan of pink and hearts,
so yup this is really something for me. I actually never had
my own USB stick, so yeah this is my first, can you believe it?
Yup I bought something which is also useful and not only pretty.
Too bad there is not a lot of memory on it, I wish it had much
more capacity though! Ok now I really can't spend anymore for
the rest of this month hehe!

The weekend has gone by like a flash again.
At saturday evening I went to a friend and
she made us dinner. We actually planned to
go to Kijkduin, but we didn't went after all.
After dinner I went to a friends birthday party.
I gave her the M perfume by Mariah, I am glad
that she liked it.  I didn't knew if she had the
scent already, but it's not released yet
in Holland, so that chance was very small.
I saw an old classmate at the birthday party
and we chatted for a bit. We were talking about
our jobs and apparently she is working for a company
which I have applied to last year, but I didn't end
up working there. What a coincedence huh?
But she applied for another vacany though.
Yesterday I went to Amsterdam for a bit of shopping.
I had to buy a few birthday presents, yup there are
lots of birthdays around this time of the year.
I also bought an item for myself, a Dior palette

Lately I have been picky about the Dior palettes.
For the ones who know me longer, they know that
I have a whole closet full of Dior palettes. 
Of course it gets fuller each time I buy a new one.
Lately Dior had a few palettes which were less
interesting, so I have skipped those hehe.
This palette which I just bought was interesting,
only the prices of those palettes has gone up a bit.
It was €60! Luckily I have this so-called Bijcard,
it's a creditcard of a Dutch department store.
With the Bijcard you can save up some Bijpoints.
Once you have collected a lot of Bijpoints, you can
cash those points in for items you like to buy.
I bought the palette with my points and I got
10% discount on the cosmetic item and €30 discount
with the points I've collected. So I got the palette
for a pretty good deal.

In the end I did not slept a lot last night.
I went to bed around 1am and woke up around 8am.
So what are my plans for today?
My friend wanted to go to the beach Kijkduin,
but I told her it might rain today, but we'll see.
Tonight my friend is going to celebrate her birthday.
It starts at 21pm till ...? But I don't think I will
go out. It's been a very busy and tiring week for me.
Plus I go to the church at 10am every sunday, which
makes clubbing on a saturday night is not an option.
Yesterday I finally recieved the items which I
ordered from MAC during their sale. Love them!
